Tracker Pairing or Changing the Wireless Channel

💡 Tip: The video tutorial shows the fastest and safest way to pair trackers. We recommend watching it once before pairing for the first time.

You only need to perform pairing when you replace or add a tracker, or when you want to change the wireless channel. Pairing assigns a unique ID to each tracker so the system can tell them apart. If a mistake occurs during pairing, two trackers may end up with the same ID. In that case, repeat the pairing process.

⚠️ Warning: Do not pair trackers unless necessary. Incorrect pairing can cause two trackers to share the same ID, which breaks tracking until the process is repeated.

Available Channels

There are three wireless channels:

Channel A (default)
Channel B
Channel C

📝 Note: If two people in the same space use their own EXCAP trackers at the same time, one of them should switch to a different channel to avoid wireless interference.
